I don’t want to use the word “perfection” when describing Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol but I’m going to do it anyway: It is perfection.
Brad Bird and his well-choreographed chaos. Tom Cruise and his insane stunts. Jeremy Renner and his “I’m just an analyst. No, I’m kidding. I’m actually an emotionally tortured secret agent who kicks ass. BOO-YAH!” shenanigans. Paula Patton and her sexy vengeance-based intensity. Léa Seydoux and her sexy assassin-y ways. Simon Pegg and his wacky field adventures. PERFECTION.
I can’t remember the last time I saw a movie that literally had me holding my breath. Best action movie of 2011, you guys. And on a final note, Paula Patton can light my fuse anytime.

Good silly start, strong hilarious middle, MEH cheesy end, worth a looksie overall. It has a solid cast that includes Simon Pegg, Jeff Bridges, Kirsten Dunst, Gillian Anderson, and a fugly Megan Fox. Bunch of LOLs all around. Also, SIMON PEGG IS KING! HE IS THE KING OF ALL THAT YOU KNOW! BOW DOWN TO HIM! BECAUSE HE IS KING!
