I always admired CM Punk as a great in-ring performer but only recently did I appreciate his godlike presence on the mic. In span of just a couple of weeks, he has set the world of pro wrestling — or whatever they call it these days — on fire with his brutally honest and extremely hilarious promos involving John Cena, Vince McMahon and the entire WWE Universe. The last time wrestling was this interesting was the night Nexus invaded Raw for the first time. If this trend continues — by God, I hope it does — we may see a new Attitude Era. This excites me to no end.
My new admiration for CM Punk has only one logical next step: TAKE HIM ON IN A TWITTER BATTLE. I had Visual.ly‘s Twitter infographic tool carry out the digital brawl and here are the results:
Apparently, I have a geeky grin, I’m a foodie and I like books. Also, darts. CM Punk is a rocker with an unfazed expression. The stats basically show that I am indeed just a regular Twitter twit and he’s a Twitter Superstar whose tweets and promos ooze anarchy and revolution. You win this Twitter Battle, Punk. Enjoy it while you can.
