I used to have a week or two once a month that I do pre-employment medical evaluation of women who're about to go to Japan as entertainers. Yeah, real women. And they don't look like the average "Japayukis". They're really hot. And the medical evaluation is more strict with those going overseas, especially if the destination is in the middle East, Korea, and Japan. I think that's the time when male friends would say, "can I be the medical evaluator in your office just for today?" Ahahaha.
