I am a Christian. I am also playing DotA. For this reason, I am concerned to hear that this game is demonic and I am just pointing my earthly point of view.
I first asked the question: when can you say that something is Demonic or not? This question brought back to me the passage about Jesus being tempted in the wilderness. There the Devil used God's Word to tempt Jesus. I God's word demonic? You definitely know the answer to that!
The Demon is demonic. I've never read anything in the Bible that an object i demonic. I suppose that aplies also to this game.
Can the Demon use this game to tempt people the same way he used God's word to tempt Jesus? That's a definite yes; but also applies to other things like a toothbrush or a TV show or a music.
For us Christians, the most important thing in all we do is that it should be done in faith.
So let's stop judging things and people as evil. It's not our job to judge. It's our job to love.
